Coca Cola aired a commercial a couple of years ago that, aside from advertising their product, teaches a simple lesson about The Golden Rule:

“You give a little love, and it all comes back to you.”

What I particularly enjoy about the video is how the small actions of one person start a chain reaction that affect an entire community for the better.

It is easy to look at others around us and get discouraged by the sadness, selfishness, and bigotry. We feel there is nothing we could possibly do to make a difference. Well, we’re wrong! One person can change the world. Our acts of kindness, no matter how small, affect others, and then their actions affect others, etc. Just think about the impact we can have on the world around us when our actions are focused on kindness to others. We can change lives forever if we just give a little love.
