You’ve Got to Stand For Something
Why is it so darn hard to stand up for something we believe in? Are we worried we may offend someone? Are we worried it may pull us into the public eye? Are we worried that it may backfire and do damage to our good reputation?
When I think about this it reminds me of a song by Aaron Tippin “You’ve Got to Stand for Something or You’ll Fall for Anything“. Read the lyrics and watch the video as you think about what you stand for.
Now Daddy didn’t like trouble, but if it came along
Everyone that knew him knew which side that he’d be on
He never was a hero, or this county’s shinin’ light

For what he thought was right
Now we might have been better off or owned a bigger house

wish health dept’s would adopt this..!! as would be a better world then way allowed to run & make us feel humane instead of inhumane…!!
